The doctrines of Christ is one that each and every christian or those who wishes to be Christians must practice.
We live in an era where different forms of sin is the order of the day and the concept of doing good is more or less forgotten.
Though there seems like there is no way for vindication, we find solace, hope and salvation from the doctrines of Christ.
Joining the mass indoctrination has provided the relevant knowledge and has fed my spirit with the necessities needed to become a part of God's kingdom.
Migrating into become a believer, things changed for the better. However, we the believers should live our lives in respect to the doctrines of Christ. We should seek for more knowledge from the teachings of Christ who is our saviour.
Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
It is important to seek the Devine understanding and Devine thoughts to ensure that we remain or continue to grow in faith.
Being anxious of earthly things should not be our priority. We should be anxious of how we will be able to please God, what to do to ensure more people become turned into believers and many other things that will please God.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Based on this, we should not put our worries to challenges or any problem that disturbs or distract us from our service to God. We should put every thing in God's hands and have faith that he will solve our problems.
Giving thanks to God before his works and after his works is something that we should do regularly as believers.
The sacrifice of thanks giving is one that encompasses every thing. When we do any thing in life, we should always give thanks to God for everything.
There is however a need for us to avoid any thing that will distract us from the service of God. problems, works, or any thing at all. We should always hand everything over to God.
2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
The human mind can be very deceitful. However, we should be humble and loyal to avoid missing the lead through to our hearts. Thus, we should be guided by wisdom and righteousness.
This is the little I was able to learn from today's session.
