So, in between all this, we want you to reserve time for your favorite foods, try something new, and do the things you like. I like to cook the most. Trying new foods. But there are some vegetables that I don't like to eat. It's really a nut. I do not know why. But since childhood I hate snake gourd. But it is rarely made and tasted. But making food and making snakegourd gourd is the same way. So I thought I should make this in a different way. We love devils. So I thought I should make a snake gourd devil. This method is really successful and very interesting. So let's see how to make a snake gourd devil.

    Ingredients;

    • 100 g of well grown snake gourd
    • Two tablespoons of cornflour
    • A tablespoon of bread flour
    • 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
    • Half teaspoon of chilli powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
    • A tablespoon of water
    • A teaspoon of chilli pieces

    • Few curry leaves
    • Two cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    • Regular size large onion cut into
      circles
    • A few green chillies
    • A tablespoon of tomato sauce
    • Two tablespoons of oil

    The method of making;

    Scrape off the bark and wash well and cut the snake gourd into two.

    Now cut into pieces as shown.

    Now let's prepare the batter for this. add one table spoon of bread flour and two tablespoons of corn flour to a bowl.

    Then add salt powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and pepper powder to it.

    Mix all it.

    Then add to this a tablespoon ofwater and stir the mixture.

    Now add the snake gourd pieces and stir.

    Keep this mixture aside for ten minutes. Because, once the water content of the snake gourd is well mixed with this mixture, this mixture will be well mixed with the snake gourd pieces.

    Then add it to the hot oil and fry it for four to five minutes until it turns golden brown.

    Turn off the heat and fry the curry leaves and chilies for a minute each and remove them.

    Now put another pan on the stove and add a little oil to it and add chopped garlic and fry until golden.

    Add onion rings and 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder to it.

    Add a teaspoon of chilli pieces and stir well with low flame.

    Turn off the stove and add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix.

    At the end add the fried snake gourd pieces, fried curry leaves and fried green chillies and stir this mixture well and remove from the heat.

    You can make this snake gourd devil dish as a delicious dish for lunch. Actually, this is a new taste, a different taste and a taste that must be tried because snake gourd is a vegetable with virtues, but maybe some friends like me don't like to eat it, but when it is made this way, the different taste and smell that makes you want to eat it makes you feel hungry.
