Falling in Love with Pizza

    The first question this morning, why did people create pizza? Something that became a question after drinking a cup of coffee and continuing breakfast this morning. I am very grateful to whoever created pizza, where he is someone who is able to make many people happy with this food.

    I fell in love with pizza in the last 10 years for one thing. This food is really very simple and I think there is no one who doesn't like it. It sounds very strange but that's what happened. Although pizza is not an original Indonesian food, of course, that is a justification, pizza is made from wheat and we are not wheat producers.

    Previously, I thought that I dont understand at all how to make pizza dough, but I know it's not as difficult as I imagine before. Making pizza is now an easy thing for me to do, especially if I already know how to store pizza dough in the refrigerator so that it can be made easily without having to buy it.

    Honestly, pizza is not cheap here, around 5-10 dollars for 1 pizza pan depending on the topping. But believe me, it becomes a very expensive food especially if you know the ingredients in making pizza are very cheap and easy to get.

    For 3 pizza pans, I used several ingredients:

    • 375 gr wheat flour
    • 250 ml warm water
    • 6 gr instant yeast
    • 5 gr salt and a little sugar as a yeast activator
    • 30 ml olive oil
    • Semolina flour

    For toppings you can use:

    • Tomato sauce
    • Minced meat or chicken
    • Pepper powder and salt
    • Mozzarella cheese

    Of course, the ingredients in making it are very easy to get in the supermarket. From these ingredients I can make 3 pizza pans and it's very filling.

    With that, I made the dough at night before going to bed and in the morning I used a little of my strength to bake it in the oven. Of course, this is the first time I've used semolina flour which is said to make the edges of my pizza feel like a real crunchy effect.

    Usually I use rice flour, but there is something that makes me more curious, the use of semolina flour which I have recently heard from several YouTube channels, especially those that make pizza and sourdough.

    A pretty delicious pizza with minced chicken filling that I gave very well so that there is protein in it. I used 300 grams of chicken that I blended and it was very worth it for the taste that developed. Sprinkled quite a lot of mozzarella cheese on top, of course the cheese must be grated to cover the top of the pizza. Enough for breakfast this time, with melted pizza with a lot of filling! you have to try this.
