Happy Friday Actifiters!
It was another gorgeous sunny day in Southern Oregon. A work day for me and, in what I am trying to make a routine, I got out for a walk.
Hey, we're definitely still geese around the ponds today, but no sign of Bruce, LOL. Maybe he's decided to drop his vendetta against me 🙂
Even though it's becoming routine, I really am enjoying my walks. It certainly helps when it's warmer and the sun is shining!
I often find that my walk is a good time to decompress, clear my mind, and then refocus back on work. I think there really is something to the mind body connection. Physical activity is not only good for my body and physical health, but I find it improving my mood and how to say it? ability to focus.
And it's so nice to live in such a beautiful place.
