    Good Friday Morning!

It's sunny outside and chilly! I wonder when Spring really gonna sprung, am so bored of coldness 🙉🙊🙈 I have treadmill, yes, but walking outside on the walking trail or in the forest, talking bullshit with my husband, is one of my favorite things to do, which we can't really have when it's cold outside as am such a baby, I easily catch cold 😅

Today I have steamed buns recipe to share. in Indonesia we call it as Bakpao or Pao. And yes, they are originally from China, Bao. I believe in the Philippines it's Siapao. How about where you are from, what are they called there, if you have them there as well 😊

You can fill them with anything you like. Normally in Indonesia you can find beef, chicken, egg, chocolate, mung beans, or red beans filling. In my household, we would fill them with jam as well. Today tho, am sharing Bakpao filled with beef 😊

Stir your yeast into milk. If using active dry, into lukewarm milk. If using instant yeast, cold or room temperature milk works just fine.
