A few months ago I talked about mental health, mental problems are really on the rise, apparently normal people that you see every day are sick, my boss's wife likes this yoga, peace of mind and those things, as they say the masses in the reigns that what they want is world peace, she planned a mental health workshop for everyone in the office took a psychologist to dictate this talk that I find super interesting and important.

During the talk the psychologist asked them to express their feelings, the truth is that I am very reserved and suddenly I also have my touch of madness, but I realized that there are definitely quite a few mental health problems and they are not isolated cases, they are people who live for hours with you apparently normal, but suffer from fear, anxiety, delusions, etc.

One of our workmates, the most cheerful, extroverted and funny, asked for the floor and dropped the bombshell that he suffers from sudden anxiety, he doesn't know why this happens to him, he goes from happiness to sadness, he said that whenever he is happy it is because something bad is going to happen to him and he is invaded by fear.

Has this happened to any of you? Do you feel identified?

These were the words of the psychologist if this is happening to you it is because your mental health is at risk, something that is affecting a lot or contributes to the mental crisis are the social networks, said another colleague, there is talk of a new virus that will lock us up again, that after the esclipse natural catastrophes will come.

It will be the only one

Well, no....a many of us are attacked by these fears but we do not express them so as not to be judged or criticized or perhaps to be called crazy.

We must pay close attention to mental health, it is true that we are living a global crisis, for many people the economy has slipped out of their hands, there are so many situations that produce anguish, lately I see many young people suffering from anxiety and depression.

    What can be done

Mental health is not just numbers and statistics the most important thing is to find what to do to overcome the problems this not only affects the person but also their environment, now I understand certain attitudes of my co-worker these sudden mood swings

Finally the psychologist explained that suffering emotional crises is not a sign of weakness, what you have to attack the problem and see where it comes from to verify if this is affecting your daily life and that this can happen to anyone regardless of age, race, culture and even religion, the ideal is to seek help if you notice symptoms in you or in any family member.

    Alert

If there are changes in personality, eating habits, if you can not sleep, if you have been anxious, sad, anxious, depremida or detect someone around you with these characteristics, it is time to seek help.

Definitely from time to time it is important to attend these cha of personal growth and thus detect our mental health problems, although there are people with a high ego that it is difficult for them to accept that their mental health is in crisis.
