My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2025

    I'm glad that I was able to achieve the minimum 5k steps to get some Actifit rewards. Yesterday was lower than that so I would say that today is an improvement for sure.

    My gym workout was productive as well. I did a 15 minutes run on the treadmill, 5 reps of dumbbells, 3 reps of chest press, and then 3 reps of biceps curls. Earlier, I felt like my arms are getting sore that's why I stopped at those numbers of reps.

    For my lunch, I had a nice set of braised pork, greens, mushrooms, and then egg as well.
