Bife de costilla, verduras y arrozºººººRib steak, vegetables and rice

    Hola a todos, siempre concidere y lo sigo conciderando de que en todas las comidas es bueno acompañarlas con verduras, como lo es esta, en la cual se preparo para el almuerzo bifes de costilla de carne de res, con arroz, ensaladas de tomate y lechuga, zanahoria rallada y tomate y tambien zapallo hervido, la verdad que al combinarlas nos hace mucho bien al organismo.

    En momentos que se cocinaba el zapallo en una olla, el cortado en trozos no muy grandes, lo cocinaba en una plancha a los bifes, la diferencia de un bife a un churrasco, es que el bife tiene hueso y el churraco no, pero al cocinarlos lentamente salen bien jugosos y bien cocidos.

    La verdad que preparar una ensalada como esta la cual consiste en tomate y lechuga, todo cortado en trozos pequeños, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

    Bueno referente a esta otra ensalada la misma contiene zanahoria rallada y tomate cortado en julianas, tambien condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

    Mientras se preparaba todo esto se le dio vuelta al bife y en una olla se cocino el arroz, el cual de estar bien cocinado se le quita el agua y lo deje asi natural.

    La verdad amigos cada uno tiene sus formas de cocinar y la mia es una de ellas y en la medida que puedo lo hago de la mejor manera,siempre sale bien sabrosa.

    The truth is to prepare a salad like this one which consists of tomato and lettuce, all cut in small pieces, seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.

    Well concerning this other salad it contains grated carrot and tomato cut in julienne, also seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.

    While all this was being prepared, the steak was turned over and the rice was cooked in a pot. Once it was well cooked, remove the water and leave it natural.

    The truth is that everyone has their own way of cooking and mine is one of them and as much as I can I do it the best way I can, it always comes out tasty.
