Empecé las pasantías rotatorias del tercer año del postgrado, dónde debo pasar por otros servicio o especialidades durante 4 semanas cada una y el tiempo ha pasado volando, acabo de terminar la primera rotación
Está primera rotación fue reumatologia, distinto a mi servicio se ven menos pacientes, la dinámica del servicio es más tranquila y la gente es bastante amena, siempre pensando en un compartir
Las dos especialistas de ese servicio son muy agradables, una de ella es ala jefa de servicio y la otra es docente, con ambas se aprende mucho, aprendí las diferencias entre artritis reumatoide y osteoartrosis así como indicar su tratamiento.
Algunos de los pacientes a los que atendí, muy agradecidos, me dieron algunos detallitos como unos zarcillos de flores, y un toronto. Una pasantía que me agrado bastante y que me hizo salir de mi zona de confort conociendo nuevas personas e interrelacionado con otros residentes
