(D) Während an vielen Orten bereits viele Jahre in die Höhe gebaut wird, wehren sich viele Städte gegen verdichtetes Bauen. So auch in Zürich (Schweiz). Hier spricht man von Wohnungsnot und einem Defizit von bezahlbarem Wohnraum, während auf öffentlichen Flächen Parkanlagen, oder für die unteren Klassen unbezahlbaren Wohnraum in neuen Gebäude (so zb. ein Penthouse zum Verkaufspreis von CHF 12 Millionen) entstehen. Oftmals wird als Grund, das Nichteinfügen ins Stadtbild genannt. Nun versuche ich mit meinen Fotos das Schöne im Biest heraus zufiltern.

(ESP) Mientras muchos lugares llevan muchos años construyendo hacia arriba, muchas ciudades se resisten a la construcción de alta densidad. Es el caso de Zúrich (Suiza). Aquí se habla de escasez de viviendas y déficit de espacios habitables asequibles, mientras se construyen parques en terrenos públicos o espacios habitables inasequibles para las clases bajas en edificios nuevos (por ejemplo, un ático a un precio de venta de 12 millones de francos suizos). La razón que se aduce a menudo es que no encajan en el paisaje urbano. Ahora intento filtrar la belleza en la bestia con mis fotos.
