Consumo bastante contenido en video aquà en nuestra casa que es Hive, contenido de 3Speak y dentro de ese contenido no puedo dejar de mencionar a tres mujeres que tal vez no en forma habitual, pero tienen contenido que es en video y muy buenos, por cierto. Lo importante o que tienen en común estas tres mujeres es la pasión que ponen en esos videos, es notorio que aman lo que hacen y eso se transmite por una pantalla, en video, por lo que desde este humilde post las invito a que sigan en ese camino audiovisual.
I consume quite a lot of video content here in our house which is Hive, content from 3Speak and within that content I can't fail to mention three women who maybe not on a regular basis, but they have content that is video and very good, by the way. La primera creadora de Hive y en especial de 3Speak es @monipk35. La conozco desde antes de estar en Hive y siempre me han sorprendido sus videos sobre comidas y recetas, especialmente porque tiene un estilo propio y caracterÃstico, además que sus recetas se ven muy deliciosas y originales, al menos para mÃ.
Conocer este canal me hace ver otro tipo de comidas diferentes a las mÃas y siempre me gusta aprender lo que se come en otros paÃses. También me gusta el cómo realiza las comidas, la limpieza, la higiene, con productos que todos podemos conseguir, pero sobre todo con su estilo propio de explicar cada paso y el final de cada video donde hay degustación de lo que ha preparado. Las recetas de Mónica son geniales. Me encantarÃa alentarla a seguir con este tipo de contenido, es muy bueno.
Mónica no sólo publica videos sobre comidas en 3Speak sino también videos que hace con su hija sobre arte, realizando unos dibujos geniales y muy hermosos. En definitiva, las dos hacen arte una en la cocina y otra en el papel. Las felicito a las dos.
The first creator of Hive and especially of 3Speak is @monipk35. I've known her since before being on Hive and I've always been surprised by her videos about food and recipes, especially because she has her own characteristic style, plus her recipes look very delicious and original, at least to me.
Knowing this channel makes me see other types of food different from mine and I always like to learn what people eat in other countries. I also like the way she makes the meals, the cleanliness, the hygiene, with products that we can all get, but above all with her own style of explaining each step and the end of each video where there is a tasting of what she has prepared. Monica's recipes are great. I would love to encourage her to continue with this kind of content, it's really good.
Monica not only posts food videos on 3Speak but also videos she makes with her daughter about art, making some great and beautiful drawings. In short, they both make art, one in the kitchen and the other on paper. I congratulate them both.

La otra super creadora de contenido de calidad y que hace su trabajo con mucho amor y pasión es @creacioneslelys. Si bien no realiza muchos videos en 3Speak, siempre le he dicho que ese formato es ideal para explicar ciertas cosas. Con ella descubrà que cualquier tejido es posible y siempre tiene la creatividad para inventar cosas nuevas, productos originales y hermosos llenos de color y alegrÃa.
Este video que les traigo de ella es especial, porque en él muestra sus tips especiales, que usa en su trabajo y no cualquiera da a conocer esos secretitos. Los trabajos manuales me encantan y Lelys los hace posible y cuando es en formato de video donde explica los pasos es muy didáctico. Por muchos videos más de Lelys, una gran creadora.
Por otra parte, el contenido que nos ofrece Lelys es siempre variado y cada dÃa nos sorprende con una invención nueva, un proyecto, un encargo o nos muestra como consigue los materiales para hacer su trabajo. Todo lo que hacen sus manos es verdadero arte y por eso la admiro.

La tercera creadora de contenido y que filma unos videos geniales para 3Speak, aunque a veces no puede subirlos, pero se intenta, es @nanixxx. El contenido de estos videos sobre todo se refiere a sus travesÃas en bicicleta, como recorre las calles de La Habana en ella y su amor por el ciclismo, la naturaleza, las mariposas y sobre todo la fotografÃa. Ella es una gran fotógrafa.
En muchos de los videos ella sale hablando y contando historias o se refieren a charlas con sus compañeros de aventuras en bicicleta. Por medio de esos videos nos hace partÃcipe de sus recorridos, reuniones, y tal vez ver algún ángel vestido de mariposa blanca que se atraviesa en su camino. Sus videos son espectaculares porque se puede disfrutar en primera persona de la vivencia y vemos lo que ella ve.
Por supuesto que su contenido no sólo se refiere a recorridos y andar en bicicleta. Ella es fotógrafa y muy buena, escribe poesÃa y escritos estupendos, o tal vez nos cuenta su dÃa a dÃa o nos regala alguna reflexión sobre su camino o el camino de su alma. Otra creadora que admiro.
The third content creator who shoots some great videos for 3Speak, although sometimes she can't upload them, but she tries, is @nanixxx. The content of these videos is mostly about her bike rides, how she travels the streets of Havana on her bike and her love for cycling, nature, butterflies and especially photography. She is a great photographer.
In many of the videos she is talking and telling stories or referring to chats with her fellow cycling adventurers. Through these videos she lets us in on her rides, meetings, and maybe see some angels dressed as white butterflies that cross her path. Her videos are spectacular because you can enjoy the first person experience and see what she sees.
Of course, her content is not only about touring and cycling. She is a photographer and a very good one, she writes poetry and wonderful writings, or maybe she tells us about her day to day life or gives us some reflections about her path or the path of her soul. Another creator I admire.
