Long Beach is actually a gold mine for photography. Most of what I want to shoot is pretty sketchy for me though. The risk involved is not worth a a few pennies. I'm not saying you can't go to places in LB. I am saying walking around taking photos is probably a good way to attract attention that you might not enjoy.
