My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2024

    In continuation of my journey in achieving my fitness goal, I’m back at the gym to do my workout routine. It’s just the 2nd day of the week so my motivation and energy level is still enough for this day. What I noticed is that consistency makes it a little bit easier compared to the previous day.

    The more consistent you are in your workout, the easier it gets… or the stronger you become (to be precise).

    Of course, you need a proper rest as well so your body can recharge.

    For tonight, I managed to do: 100 counts of sit-ups, 50 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 50 counts of squats, and 10-minute jogging.

    I also went for a walk at the grocery which contributed to the majority of my activity scores.
