Wildlife all around, even right above our heads!

UnCruise Adventures prides itself on providing travelers with intimate, authentic experiences that go beyond the beaten path. As we set sail from Baltra Island, anticipation mingled with excitement among fellow passengers. La Pinta, our floating home for the duration of the voyage, exuded comfort and elegance, ensuring that every moment spent onboard was as enjoyable as the destinations themselves.

Our first glimpse of Seymour Island left us in awe of its rugged beauty. As we approached the shores, the distinctive silhouette of the international Airport back on Baltra, a reminder of the island's strategic significance during World War II. Stepping onto land, we were greeted by some of the local residents; land iguanas, frigate birds, and blue-footed boobies.

One of the highlights of visiting Seymour Island is encountering its abundant wildlife. From the iconic blue-footed boobies to the majestic frigatebirds soaring overhead, every corner of the island seemed to teem with life. Under the guidance of our naturalist guides, we embarked on immersive nature walks, observing marine iguanas basking in the sun and blue-footed boobies doing their comedic courtship dance. Each encounter offered a glimpse into the intricate web of life that thrives in this remote corner of the world.
