The "π‘©π’“π’Šπ’…π’ˆπ’†π’•π’π’" Love Stories - TV Shows Review

Different TV shows, different storylines and different feeling for viewers, it's a hard one for me to decide favourites when it comes to movies but I can say I have a favourite if it's by the country they are produced from and that is k-drama series for me. Although, I won't be reviewing a k-drama series today but it's going to be one of the few series I've seen outside Korean series that I enjoyed every bit of it.

The Bridgeton series left so many memorable scenes that many viewers like myself are having high expectations about the season 3 coming soon. As at now, the Bridgeton has only 3 seasons with different storylines but about the powerful family in Britain called Bridgeton.

So I'll be sharing my views on each of the seasons and according to how I got to see them. Even though I found out about the series through the last released series, I decided to see the first series thinking it was only right I did to get a full understanding but it wasn't as I thought.

Bridgeton 1 - The Love story of Daphne & Duke

To be honest, I held back before I started this series as it was a bit different from what I was getting myself used to (Korean series) but after the first few episodes, I got to fall in love with every bit of it. First off, I fell in love with British English they spoke so beautifully and then, the well constructed words they use in their scenes to pass messages and also teach viewers like me.

This first season focused on Daphne and Duke, a lady from a powerful family who is due for marriage and a Duke who is bent on not getting married because of a past hurt from his father. They grew from pretending to be in love with each other to actually falling for each other, they got married but Daphne had to face the truth of Duke still being against giving birth to children.

Well, the series ended well eventually and I'll leave you to use your imagination or go see the series yourself, it's a 8/10 from me.

Bridgeton 2 - The Love story of Kate & Anthony

With the excitement I felt from the first season, there was no holding back to see the second and you would understand that I had an even higher expectation for this series as I thought the second should be better than the first and they didn't fail to meet my expectations with a tiny bit exception won't I mention so it doesn't come off as a spoiler.

This season is about Kate, a lady who returns home to marry her younger sister off and Anthony, the first son of the Bridgeton family who is finding a wise and capable bride to marry without thinking of actually falling in love. Kate and Anthony didn't start on the best note and so they felt some hatred which later caused some really steamy affection for each other and eventually they realized they love each other.

This series also ended well and the characters really did great with their roles, go check it out and rate yours too, I'll give it a 8/10 too.

Queen Charlotte (A Bridgeton Story) - The Love story of Charlotte & Charles

This has got to be my best from all the series so far and I like that I saw it after the first two even though it seemed like I should have seen it first as it was more of a flashback to the other two series. In any case, I totally love the lead characters in this series, especially George who had to play a mad man role.

This season focuses on how Charlotte was forced to marry into a royal family and she is faced with a funny mother in law, the king's mother. From living a boring Queen life to trying hard to get her husband's attention and acting as a Queen in many instances. George finally found who accepted him for who he is but not without many drama that ensured.

I hope giving this a 10/10 won't mean I'm being partial, I just appreciated every little thing about this series especially the epic scene where George confessed his love to Charlotte, I can not get that scene out of my head lol.

Do check out these series and if you have already, let me know what you think about it and let's interact in the comment section.
