I hit the gym early today before my meetings were going to get started as I shifted my blocked time to the early morning. Getting the trainer routine in within an hour is tough but I did not sacrifice any part as I was feeling strong and motivated by the workout. The only issue was that I had to play catch up the rest of the day at work without a break between meetings. I went for a half hour walk to get a stretch while in a meetings that was listen only.
Pushing my mind and body to start the week was interesting as I felt it by the time I got home for dinner. It made me focus on some relaxation which was a bit challenging as I had some more preparation to do for a key day tomorrow. In bed early to get the ultimate recovery for mind and body!
