Las vibras de fin de semana son increíbles. Simplemente existe algo en el ambiente que te dice: "relájate un rato, tómate las cosas con calma" y ahí va uno, relajándose un poco y dejando que todo fluya.

Estas últimas semanas han sido bastante agobiantes para mí, a tal punto de que estuve recluida en casa durante días seguidos tratando de prepararme al 100% para la presentación de mi tesis de grado. Me gusta romantizar la vida universitaria porque hasta cierto punto la experiencia es bastante bonita, pero lo cierto es que existen algunas cosas de la vida universitaria que son imposibles de romantizar. Luego de un largo trayecto, me encuentro en la recta final para lograr mi meta. Esta semana por fin presentaré mi trabajo pero he de confesar que me siento muy nerviosa al respecto. Así que en lugar de quedarme en casa durante todo el fin de semana repasando un poco mi monólogo universitario, decidí salir a relajarme un rato caminando por la ciudad.

Luego les contaré cómo me fue en mi presentación, pero mientras tanto disfrutemos de estas postales de fin de semana con algunos pensamientos fugaces que atravesaban mi mente para distraerme del evento importante que me pone los nervios de punta.

Weekend vibes are amazing. There is just something in the air that tells you: "relax for a while, take it easy" and there you go, relaxing a bit and letting everything flow.

These last few weeks have been quite overwhelming for me, to the point that I was housebound for days at a time trying to prepare 100% for my senior thesis presentation. I like to romanticize college life because to some extent the experience is quite nice, but the truth is that there are some things about college life that are impossible to romanticize. After a long journey, I am in the home stretch to achieve my goal. This week I will finally submit my paper, but I must confess that I feel very nervous about it. So instead of staying at home all weekend going over my college monologue, I decided to go out and relax for a while walking around the city.

I'll tell you later how my presentation went, but in the meantime let's enjoy these weekend postcards with some fleeting thoughts that were running through my mind to distract me from the important event that is getting on my nerves.
