Reemplazando el tripoide y la triceta|Nissan B14 [Esp/Eng]

Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, y tengan una gran semana.

La semana pasada les conté que se me salió del carro el eje del tripoide de la rueda derecha y la caja había quedado neutra, también les conté todo lo que rodé para conseguir sola la triceta, porque solo conseguía la copa caja completa y no la podía comprar porque se me salía del presupuesto. Pero gracias a Dios encontré todo, y hoy les voy a hablar como fue instalar la triceta y el tripoide en el carro.

El martes en la tarde ya había comprado todos los repuestos y esa tarde cuando llegue a la casa le escribí al mecánico para decirle que ya tenía todo, él me dijo que el miércoles en la tarde venía a la casa para montar todo en el carro.

Ese día llegó y procedió a desmontar el caucho y retirar la tuerca que sujeta el trípode y así quitarlo, luego agarró el tripoide nuevo y lo presentó en el eje para ver si era la correcta, después le coloco su grasa y procedió a meter el eje en ella con ayuda de una mandarria, seguidamente le colocó la goma guarda polvo y luego puso la triceta en la otra punta del eje. Ya todo instalado se dedicó a montarla en el carro.

Comenzó colocando la punta con la triceta en la copa caja, le colocó su grasa y luego la goma de la copa caja y la sujeto con unos tirrap, posteriormente colocó el otro extremo donde está el tripoide y la introdujo en la pieza donde va el disco, la ajusto para que quedara bien instalada, procedió a colocarle todas las tuercas a las piezas que van ahí, seguidamente puso el caucho y por último le coloco la tuerca al tripoide y el pasador.

Yo estaba preocupado por la caja, así que me dijo que prendiera el carro e hiciera los cambios hacia adelante y reversa para ver cómo se comportaba la caja, gracias a Dios todo estaba bien.

Aprovechando que estaba ahí el mecánico, le dije que revisara por debajo del carro, porque cuando cae en huecos o hay imperfecciones en el asfaltado se le escucha un ruido y encontró que en la rueda izquierda tiene malo un buje de la meseta y el muñón dañado y en la rueda derecha tiene también el muñón dañado.

Así que son tres cositas más que debo añadir a mi lista de reemplazo de piezas dañadas que tengo tenemos comprarle al carro.

Bueno amigos, quise compartir está experiencia con ustedes y no queda más que seguir reuniendo para poder comprar todo lo que tiene dañado el carro.

Today I am going to tell you how it was to install the triceta and the tripoid in the car.

On Tuesday afternoon I had already bought all the parts and that afternoon when I got home I wrote to the mechanic to tell him that I had everything, he told me that on Wednesday afternoon he would come to the house to install everything in the car.

That day he arrived and proceeded to disassemble the rubber and remove the nut that holds the tripod and remove it, then grabbed the new tripoid and presented it on the shaft to see if it was correct, then put his grease and proceeded to put the shaft in it with the help of a mandarin, then placed the rubber dust cover and then put the triceta on the other end of the shaft. Once everything was installed, he proceeded to mount it on the carriage.

He began by placing the tip with the triceta in the box cup, placed his grease and then the rubber of the box cup and fastened it with a tirrap, then placed the other end where the tripoid is and introduced it into the piece where the disc goes, adjusted it to be well installed, proceeded to place all the nuts to the pieces that go there, then put the rubber and finally put the nut to the tripoid and the pin.

I was worried about the gearbox, so he told me to start the car and make the forward and reverse shifts to see how the gearbox behaved, thank God everything was fine.

Taking advantage that the mechanic was there, I told him to check under the car, because when it falls into holes or there are imperfections in the asphalt a noise is heard and he found that the left wheel has a bad bushing of the plateau and the stump damaged and the right wheel also has a damaged stump.

So that's three more things to add to my replacement list of damaged parts I have to buy for the car.
