Hi everyone! Today, I was grinding Glints in the Wild format at Gold rank. When this rule set came up, it brought back memories from when I first started playing Splinterlands, before the introduction of the Modern format. This duo became famous for their powerful combo back then.
Even though there were specific rules, I didn't focus on them. Instead, I concentrated on the mana cap, which was 17.
For the summoner, I chose Scarred Llama Mage (7 mana cap) because of its abilities: +2 health, Last Stand (which gives a +50% boost in all stats for the last remaining unit), and Cleanse (which removes all negative effects). For the monster, I selected Kron the Undying (10 mana cap) due to its perfect synergy with the summoner, featuring Heal and Last Stand.
And bang as u can see the battle was a win even before its started
78 glints per win is not bad for 500 dec worth of rented cards and rented sps
