New Threat 2.0 is a fan-made Mod for Final Fantasy VII that completely overhauls the gameplay of the game. I downloaded it as part of 7th Heaven's Mod Pack. This is a playthrough of Game Type-A of the Mod that keeps the major story bits of Final Fantasy VII intact while changing the game balance, adding extra content, and gives the main characters extra abilities.

Cloud is Back
The party goes back to Cloud and Tifa, but they get interrupted by Ultimate Weapon. After the fight, Cloud and Tifa run away, but they fall into the lifestream. The mod gives me the ability to skip the long introspective scenes with Tifa and Cloud, so I take the option this time. Cloud finally regains his sanity, (offscreen,) and will work on defeating Shinra again!
