Did 10K steps today.
Also did planks and abdomen exercises.
I notice my push ups and planks were ok, but my crunches were not ok as well as not good at doing squads during kickboxing.
I don't do churches not to hurt my back.
But for the squads, I'm just not good at doing it. Need to do a lot more.
