My Top 3 Last Year & Fun By the Stairway

    Hello, hunters! Howdy?

It was not surprising when, at the end of 2024, Shadow Hunters came out as one of the top communities where I published most. That should show I'm a real hunter, noh?😅

I was chuffed and wished I could check how many of my 365 posts in the year were about shadows and reflections. How cool it would be to have a feature or tool that does that! But yes, it was nice to have participated in the community's initiatives and hoping to continue the same this year. This post is going to be my first for 2025.

We were on the road on the 31st and decided to stop by Polig's Farm for a wee adventure. While there, I hunted many shadows, some of them by the stairway.

The husband suggested we ascend to the top of the rocky trail but I was not in the mood, lol! I was just not ready to go for more heights so Yongi and I stayed and while checking out some things where we were, my shadows came to my attention and why would I miss them? So click... pose, click... pose, click!

Even my LilGuy had his own, looking like it was of a poodle, lol! Well, it was just before 5 pm, and the sun was on the west side ready to hide behind the mountains and continue to set, hence shadows tend to appear elongated.

After playing for a while, we climbed the short stairway. My Lil Guy is curious as ever, sniffing whatever his nose comes across.

His tongue sticking out, breathing heavily (panting) as he paused along the walkway. I caught some shadows of the railings on that side too.

Some 8-9 minutes earlier, we were by another stairway where these were taken.

Yongi was looking at the steps and seemed to hesitate to go on, lol!

But he went on anyway climbing one step at a time.

He must have been so tired he slumped his body right after reaching the top. The four-minute trek was a bit too much for him already.

He rested for some minutes, then we went down to where my shadows above were taken. This is all for the day but expect more photos and/or stories about this Polig Farm adventure.😉

    Have a fun Friday!

Except for the first pic (linked to its source), all others are my own. 03012025/07:20ph
