Few screen time reducing tricks

    In this digital world, we have access to updated technology and updated technological devices such as smartphones, and computers. Both kinds of devices have many use cases in our daily life and because of this, we need to look at the screen for a good amount of time always different based on human and their work.

    Indeed both kind of devices is needed in our daily life but most of us became addicted and naturally using those devices is harmful to our health if we use those for a long time on a regular basis. So having a limit on screen time is I have they have it we need to grow. Various kinds of eye problems, migraine problems, headaches can be the result of excessive use of smartphones and computers.

    I am saying so many things about it and you may be thinking about my screen time means the time of using those devices. Right? There is nothing to guess because I am talking about it.

    It actually depends on my ongoing situation and I am trying to share almost all kinds of situations. In the current time, my screen time is less than 5 hours. It's because now it's the time of Ramadan and most of the time I spend reading the Quran and praying. Again among the 5 hours, I need to spend a good amount of time for my research purpose.

    Let's talk about normal days which can be divided into two categories. And there if I go to university and the second one if I don't University. If I go to university then, most of my day time I spent at my University, and in rare cases I use my smartphone in there. After returning from University at try to take a little lab and from the winning time I start to use my desktop and I continuously use it till I go to sleep and On my normal day I try to turn off my computer before 12.00 a.m. in a regular day I don't think I cross the limit of 6 hour for my screen time. Sometimes but on average it's less than 6 hours.

    Again if the University remains off then, I have a lot of time available and naturally, I think I use my computer for 9 hours. It can vary based on different kinds of situations. Fortunately, I try to use those time to remain active in the Hive platform. And remaining time I use for doing my studies as my studies are fully dependent on the screen.

    If there is anything which can reduce my screen time, it's my sleep or if I feel unwell. Instead of I am trying to reduce the screen time and some activities help me a lot to reduce the screen time.

    The first thing am used to do is gossiping or having discussions with my family members. I especially do it after taking my snacks or after dinner or lunch. I used to spend a lot of time in suspended cases because I believe that those kinds of things can strengthen the bond between family members. It reduces a lot of time of my screen time.

    The another way to reduce my screen time is by playing some offline games with my brother. I do It for two purposes and the purpose is to make bonds better and the second one is to entertain him while playing.

    The another to reduce my screen time is to go for a walk outside of the home. Hi never I go for a walk I spend at least 30 minutes. Reducing 30 minutes of screen time is not so bad either.

    I think I do have not so many ideas about it and currently, I am not thinking too much about it. You can follow those tips also if you want. I'll be happy is those tips work for you
