Fried Eggplant

    Let's go with vegetable today. The easiest and cheapest but full of benefits that we have for today. When I went to the market, I saw a big eggplant not common in my eyes. It's a big one that every 1 piece weighing almost I kilo. We knew the long variety eggplant but this is different. So I bought it because I remember it is one of the favorite vegetable of my family.

    Sometimes, I mix it with eggs for making what we called torts but today I made it simple by frying only and make a sauce made of soy sauce, lemon, venigar, salt, sugar, slice tomato, ginger, onion, chili and garlic. What a kind of appetizer! It is so yummy and it needs more rice. The simple food in the table but it is better than any food made from meat.
