This time I really want to review a few Indian songs and music. Hmmm, what do you think? I'm someone who doesn't really listen to songs from India, especially nowadays. What I like the most are songs from Indian or Bollywood film soundtracks and the most famous is a film called Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Yes, I know this film is an old film from around 1998 because I was still kid when this film appeared. I started watching it in detail when I already understood about movies. I never forget the storyline and the conflict because it is so touching. Starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in the lead roles, and Rani Mukerji the film's story is very interesting, there is comedy and there is a sad and happy story at the end of the story. In fact, I shed tears while watching this film. Not only is the film interesting, but the music and songs in it also really support the success of the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The main song on the soundtrack is also entitled Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, which means something has happened.

A short story about the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is that there is a pair of male and female friends named Rahul and Anjali. They are very close, like brothers, always together everywhere and inseparable. they also study at the same campus and they like to play basketball together. Then, there was a new student, a beautiful and feminine girl named Tina, who apparently made Rahul fall in love. Rahul struggles to win Tina's love and finally they become lovers. Meanwhile, Anjali, Rahul's best friend, feels jealous because it turns out that Anjali has feelings for Rahul without her friend's knowledge. However, Rahul doesn't know about Anjali's feelings for him so he acts normal. Until finally, Anjali decided to leave the city far away and no longer meet Rahul.

As time goes by, they have all lived their own lives. Tina and Rahul became husband and wife and were blessed with a daughter named Anjali, same name as Rahul's best friend. Meanwhile, Anjali is a successful career woman and will soon be engaged to a man. Unfortunately, Tina, Rahul's wife, died due to illness and Rahul only lives alone with his teenage daughter, Anjali.

Tina leaves a letter for her daughter Anjali and the letter tells about her father's best friend, Anjali, who used to have a very close relationship with Rahul and had to leave due to family reasons. The songs presented in the film are also pleasant to listen to. The main song in this film is also entitled Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, sung by Udit Narayan. He has sung around 1,200 songs since starting his career in 1980. In fact, I only found out recently that the Indian singer in Bollywood films is the same person. I used to think why the voices of Indian singers in Bollywood are always the same, not only the male singers but also the female singers, they are very distinctive. I thought about how it was possible for all the film actors to sing with the same voice as the Indian songs we had heard, it seemed impossible. The fun fact that I found was that it turns out that it's just the same people who sing Indian songs. Unbelievable and make sense now.

There are 3 favorite songs from this movie which I think are very pleasant to listen to apart from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Ladki Badi Anjani Hai and Koi Mil Gaya. The music of the song Ladki Badi Anjani Hai sounds more cheerful than the song Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and in the clip many people also take part in dancing too. What's interesting about Indian songs is that they always have dancing which makes the music more alive. In the song Koi Mil Gaya, the style of the song is the most cheerful and makes us listeners also carried away by the happy atmosphere and singing along. With the dancing in the music video, the musical atmosphere is more alive and makes everyone dance. Interesting huh!

Of these three songs, the one that is my favorite song and the one I like the most is Ladki Badi Anjani Hai because I feel the music and tunes in the song are very beautiful and I even memorized the lyrics of the song in it even though it is in Hindi, truly, hahaha. It is interesting when music makes people like me use another language and learning many languages. With music, I could speak another language, I imagined if there is music I would not say or sing with another language, right? Amazing! 
