FOODlog #1166: Pulled Noodles with Smoked Duck

    🥢🌶️ Prepared this noodle dish for a staff meal supper last week. The noodles are this pulled Chinese noodles that I mixed with an aromatic spiced infused chili oil and sweet soy sauce.

    🦆 Topped it with torched smoked duck breast and some duck skin lardon from the duck skin that I cooked on low heat until crispy.

    🌱🌱 For the vegetables and some nice green color to brighten up the dish, we had peashoots in the chiller so I used them, sautéed with garlic and chicken powder.

    🧄 Finished the bowl of noodles with some fried garlic for texture and another layer of aromatic flavor.

    🍜 A super delicious bowl of noodles that was amazing in texture and taste. Will definitely make this again as the staff enjoyed the noodles and flavors of the whole dish.

    Quick and easy meal to prepare that's packed full of flavor and just so delicious.
