I started my day with a 6.5km run very early morning. I have always preached consistency and I stand by it. Being consistent in something, no matter what it is you become a master of it. I won't lie that sometimes I feel reluctant but in the long run I have to generate that motivation and energy to deal. A lot of people down play fitness, that is not me. I have to keep pushing. Staying fit and healthy is a non negotiable goal
