Hola amigos de Liketu y comunidad de HiveFood, quiero compartirles mi experiencia en el Concurso de Pastas realizado en las ciudades de Maracay y Valencia. Desde el año pasado, hay una organización que vienen promoviendo concursos gastronómicos en estas ciudades, la marca es As Gastronómico; el primer concurso fue para elegir entre expertos y los comensales la mejor Hamburguesa de la ciudad, luego realizaron el de Pizza, posteriormente Sushi y Postres, y en esta oportunidad correspondió a las Pasta, Importante resaltar que todos los restaurantes concursantes el plata tiene un costo de 7$.
Asistí al restaurant especialista en comida italiana Solo Pasta, como en otras oportunidades he asistido a este lugar, pero esta vez era probar de primera mano el plato que estaría concursando por este restaurant de vieja data.
El plato con el que concursaron fue Linguinis a la Solo Pasta, ese es el nombre; pero los ingredientes fueron: linguinis, salsa roja, crema 4 quesos, salteada con tocineta, jamón, champiñones y coronados con camarones al ajillo, cabe destacar que la combinación y el uso de ingredientes de calidad le dieron un toque fabuloso a esta receta.
Los comensales luego de la degustación de las creaciones culinaria deben votar a través de una aplicación con código QR de los organizadores, allí se evalúa: el servicio, el sabor, la porción, entre otros ítems. En lo particular me gustó mucho.
Gracias a Dios he tenido el honor de participar como comensal en los concursos como: hamburguesas, pizza, sushi y el que recién finaliza que es pasta. Espero seguir disfrutando las creaciones culinarias de mi ciudad.

I attended the restaurant specializing in Italian food Solo Pasta, as I have attended this place on other occasions, but this time it was to try first-hand the dish that would be competing for this old restaurant.
The dish they competed with was Linguinis a la Solo Pasta, that's the name; but the ingredients were: linguini, red sauce, 4 cheese cream, sautéed with bacon, ham, mushrooms and topped with garlic shrimp. It should be noted that the combination and use of quality ingredients gave a fabulous touch to this recipe.
After tasting the culinary creations, diners must vote through an application with a QR code from the organizers, where they evaluate: the service, the flavor, the portion, among other items. Personally, I liked it a lot.
Thank God I have had the honor of participating as a diner in contests such as: hamburgers, pizza, sushi and the one that just ended, which is pasta. I hope to continue enjoying the culinary creations of my city.
