Curioso me pareció el caso de la crítica especializada donde estuvo muy dividida, donde en vez de criticar a la película en sí, se le crítica al director, desviando toda la atención del mensaje en cuestión, prácticamente ocurrió lo que se cuenta en la película, lo convirtieron en una especie de polémica donde ya no importaba lo que quería transmitir si no la discusión en sí, entre los ambientalistas que defendían el mensaje y entre los que no creen en eso.
