As the town of Middleton prepares for a bicentennial garden party at Grey House, the owner Cassie opens the doors as a bed and breakfast. Her first customer is a man named Nick who claims to be a descendant of one of the former owners.

Martha continues to oppose Cassie, claiming Cassie practices dark magic.

Lori gets partnered with a classmate who leaves her to do all the work. She thinks her partner, Jess is lazy and does not want to do any work but later finds out the truth.

Brandon gets involved with a couple boys who aim to cause trouble but as always with everything that is going on Cassie manages to work her magic and everything works out.

But when Nick makes a claim that her ancestor stole the house that really belonged to his ancestor, can she keep from being evicted? Will Nick sell the house afterwards or will the truth come out.

I love how with each progressing movie the characters develop and more history of the Grey House and Cassie's ancestors are revealed.

Catherine Bell is listed as Co-Executive producer in the opening credits of this movie and it was released in 2009. If you are looking for something wholesome for the family to watch I recommend you give this a view.
