¡Bonito domingo para todos!
Paso por acá en este lindo día de descanso para compartir mi entrenamiento de #HiveRun del día de hoy, pues me tiene súper feliz y es un entrenamiento especial para mí, ya que estoy estrenando mi camiseta del reto #UnMejorYo, la cual me gané y no puedo estar más feliz y orgulloso al respecto.
Hoy decidí correr en la tarde, ya que no pude despertar súper temprano y ya no me quería arriesgar a tomar más sol, esta semana hice un entrenamiento al mediodía y bueno… sentí que me iba a desmayar del calor y el solazo jaja. Estuve tratando de evitar nuevamente la cancha plana, para ir acostumbrándome, y de verdad se siente bien explorar rutas nuevas.
Hice un total de 7km con un ritmo promedio de 6:26 /km, lo cual me hace sentir orgulloso, extrañaba esa cantidad de kilómetros recorridos, y con las pastillas que he estado tomando, mi cadera estaba sedada y pude lograrlo sin tanta molestia.
El atardecer/anochecer se veía tan lindo, y concentrarte en cosas lindas como la música, la vista y el viento pegando en tu cara realmente hacen la carrera mucho más amena. Me animaré un día de estos a mostrarles un poco de mi playlist, es lo que más fuerzas me da para seguir adelante y mejorar en mis carreras.
Quiero tomar un espacio para agradecerle a todo el equipo de @Hiverun por hacer posible este regalo, por motivarme para mejorar y tener gran crecimiento como corredor, muchas gracias @vandres por la entrega de mi premio, está súper, la camiseta es cómoda y me quedó perfecta.
Muchas gracias por leerme, espero que esta semana esté llena de entrenamientos y seguir mejorando, tanto mi ritmo como mi distancia. Un saludito.^^

Good Sunday to all of you!
I stop by on this nice rest day to share my #HiveRun workout today, as it has me super happy and it's a special workout for me, as I'm debuting my #UnMejorYo challenge t-shirt, which I earned and I couldn't be happier and prouder about it.
Today I decided to run in the afternoon, since I couldn't wake up super early and I didn't want to risk sunbathing anymore, this week I did a workout at noon and well... I felt like I was going to faint from the heat and the sun haha. I've been trying to avoid the flat course again, to get used to it, and it really feels good to explore new routes.
I did a total of 7km with an average pace of 6:26 /km, which makes me proud, I missed that amount of miles run, and with the pills I've been taking, my hip was sedated and I was able to make it without so much discomfort.
The sunset/dusk looked so pretty, and concentrating on nice things like the music, the view and the wind hitting your face really make the run so much more enjoyable. One of these days I will dare to show you some of my playlist, it is what gives me the most strength to keep going and improve in my races.
I want to take a space to thank the whole @Hiverun team for making this gift possible, for motivating me to improve and have great growth as a runner, thank you very much @vandres for the delivery of my prize, it is super, the shirt is comfortable and it fit me perfectly.
