Hello, all of my friends at the Hive Universe. How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of the Almighty. Alhamdulillah, I am also fine. Nowadays, my final lab exam is going Today, I had an Animal Science lab exam. For some reason, my exam has been postponed. I have time now. So, I thought about writing a post. Today, I want to talk about indoor onion cultivation.
t's a long story about the cultivation of onions. At first, I brought 3 kg of onions. Here, there are small to big size onions. When I bought onions, I saw that the maximum was small in size. When I talked about it. He changed some. Whatever, I came back home. And thought that there were so many. During that time, I became sad. Because I thought that it will take my many times to cut them when I cook.
After 7 days, I noticed that 3 to 4 onions had emerged. So, I thought about cultivating onions. But during that time my 2nd interim exam is going on. So, after 3 weeks, I saw that they emerged a lot. So, I decided to plant. But in my home, soil was not present during that time. So, I decided to plant them in water. For them, I took a plastic bottle.
At first, I took a plastic bottle. Then, I create 4 holes so that I can put onions. For making holes, I used a knife. Firstly, I hit the knife head and then created those holes. Then planted those onions.
After some weeks, one day, I saw two onions on the floor. They fall because in that place of the balcony, some birds are coming every day and they play there. So, because of them, my onions are falling. So, I took them to change the water. Suddenly, in my head, one idea came, and that was to transfer them to my room's corner and put them in a pen container. So, I put them there.
On the other hand, there were so many small-sized onions, and they were germinating. So, I decided to plant them. I bought organic fertilizer from the Tongi market. Then I came back home and prepared a bed for this.
I used a deep freeze box here. Then I mixed organic fertilizer with soil. Then I planted onions here. I prepared half of the box for onion cultivation and the other half I gave there Coco peat. Here, I prepared it for amaranth microgreen cultivation.
This is the first time I have cultivated onions here, and I am satisfied with my onions. They are growing well. Other onions have emerged, and I will also cultivate them in the box after thorough microgreen harvesting.
Every day, I water them. I feel happy in my mind to see them growing.
I hope you like my post. If you have any questions, you can ask me in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them.
Thanks a lot for reading my post. See you in the next post.
Have a great day! ☘️
