Hi friends,
This week, as you may have seen in my post yesterday, I visited the town of Haro (La Rioja-España).
Haro is the capital of Rioja wine (protected designation of origin) and in every corner of the town I could attest to this both in urban art murals and sculptures.
After a couple of hours touring the historic center of the town, my throat was dry and what better than a good Rioja wine when you are in the wine capital of this region.
I have always been responsible with alcohol and even more so if I have to drive. But on this occasion I didn't have to drive, so I wasn't afraid to order an extra glass of wine while eating some tapas.
It was at that moment, illuminated by the alcohol molecules, that I realized I was seeing double. But I was not seeing double the glass, but its shadow.
What better occasion to hunt for shadows of the wine glass than at the moment of having double shadows?
My entry to #SMASh contest organized by @melinda010100
And so I happily took a good sip of Rioja to celebrate.
Best regards.
