If you read my post a few days ago, you probably know about the first seminar for “art photography” that I attended.
I plan to write a weekly post about every class.
The first week’s assignment was to send to the professor, photos of doors and windows
As you may know, this is a favorite photo subject of mine. So I have many, many photos to send! But I am thinking of sending one of each. I will post here below some of my favorite, and it would be great if you could tell me your opinion!
Doors:
One of the majestic doors I have seen! This comes from the Venetian Era and is located in Rethymno
.1.
This is also a door from the Venetian Era, but not renovated unfortunately. They used to store salt in the inside
.2.
A simple but so optimistic door! Does this not make you smile?
.3.
A door in a wall? I loved both the door and the place it is located.
.4.
A door behind the bars. Don’t you love this blue?
.5.
This is one of my favorite ones. Door in door.
.6.
A door to a beautiful, neoclassical house. Can you spot the street art on the wall?
.7.
I liked this old door, but also the sun and shadow
.8.
Last, not least.. Door, bricks and street art.
“If I die, at least let death bring hope”
.9.
Which one do you think I should send?
Windows
Is this considered to be a window? Not sure, but I liked the style and the originality
.1.
Is there hope? Maybe, but you must look up. This window is near the house of my parents at the village
.2.
This is a window from a very old house, that is being renovated. I liked the colors around it
.3.
I adored this window, and the shadow falling on it
.4.
Where time stopped …
.5.
Historical windows, blended with the fear of the present.
.6.
What is left from the past
.7.
I hope you travelled in time with this post
Let me know your thoughts 💭 if you have some time to see the photos 😇
