My Actifit Report Card: 2024/03/27 Leg Day

    Kind of busy today even though I’m only doing low priority tasks at work. I was touching some code so I enjoyed working on it. And finally able to hit the gym after a while after work too. I kind of expected to adjust again with my usual weights but my worries were for nothing. I was still able to lift just the same. I, however, just did RDLs instead of my conventional deadlifts though as I was worried about shocking my back with heavy lifting after a while. Anyway here’s what I did today:

    RDL:
    8x3 20kgx2
    7 22kgx2

    Leg Press:
    8x2 60kgx2
    9 62.5kgx2

    Hip Abduction:
    8x2 77.5kg
    6 80kg

    Not so much steps today
