Today is day 41 of my #seven77 regimen. My knees were super sore this morning, and walking around the office only made them hurt worse! It's ironic, though. When I'm standing, I'm fine. It's when I have to sit that I'm super sore.
I definitely want to stream more DDR in the future, I just need to dial things back...
