Cooking, Dancing, Catch Up Dinner & My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2024

I began my morning by cooking up a scrumptious dish called Ginataang Gabi. It's a Filipino favorite of mine made with taro veggies swimming in creamy coconut milk. The best part? It was a breeze to make! Instead of the usual pork meat, I tossed in some savory salted dried fish. Let me tell you, the combination was absolutely mouthwatering!

My energy levels shot through the roof as soon as I kicked off my K-pop dance fitness routine. It was a packed session today, and things got seriously sweaty! Our K-pop instructor, Aleen, introduced us to a fresh choreography, but I totally forgot to ask her the name of the song. Oh well, I'll make sure to remember to ask her tomorrow. The dance moves were awesome—fast-paced but totally doable. Can't wait to nail them down perfectly!

A catch-up dinner with colleagues/friends to end the day. We chatted and laughed so much that time flew by. Suddenly, it was past 9, almost 10 p.m., and we had to say goodbye. It was a great night with good food and even better company. Laters Actifitters!
