Hoy se encontraba mucha gente en el lugar ya que Gianpiero Fusco vino a realizar el día 116 de 365 haciendo fondos en paralelas. Lastimosamente no me pude tomar una foto con el, porque había demasiada gente pero fue un día muy especial compartiendo con mis hermanos de street workout.
Ya el día de hoy había entrenado espalda y hombro en el gym, tome unas fotos y quería compartirles mi rutina pero quedan para otro post, espero les guste mi contenido y sepan disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas de la vida, recuerden que cada día tienen la oportunidad de ser mejores.
