Yesterday I showed you a picture of the Sausage Tortellini in beef stock that was whipped together from the juice of the stock.
It was all just something to eat while waiting for the beef stew finalize. It was just bone, beef, carrots, celery and onion with salt that simmered for nearly 6 hours. That time is the secret and this didn't disappoint.
It is topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese brought to me from Italy.
This isn't something I will get often but this is really good and worth the wait.
