HBD in Savings at the Bull Market End Goal: 5,000 HBD
This multi-year goal morphed from what previously was the 52-week HBD Savings challenge, which was stopped (after week 33).
This is a longer term goal and I don't expect regular pushes toward the target, but rather no or low activity for most of the time, and bursts of HBD added in short time spans later on, toward the end of the bull market.
We had another Korean pump yesterday. I missed most of it, but was still able to make a little profit. Be careful if you play them, when there is an upward trend for Hive, they don't retrace to the same level from where they started, which is a GOOD thing for Hive.
I used my HBD author rewards to:
- continue repaying my loan from my HBD in savings
- buy more HIVE
It was also time to claim my monthly interest.

HIVE Purchased Below 20c - Completed
This was a temporary goal, HIVE-oriented:
- Buy at least 50 HIVE every week while the price of HIVE is below 20 cents

Total HIVE Purchased: 705.731 (not updated with purchases after the goal was considered completed)
Posting & Commenting Goal
I haven't missed a daily post this year yet. Reached 1991 posts published, with 14 left to hit the target in 2024 (so, this should be done in two more full weeks). That puts the progress at 96% where 92.31% was needed to be in the green.
Here's the situation so far:
I haven't missed any edition of Week through Adrian's Lenses in 2024 either, and I mention this since it's also part of my posting goal. Overall, I reached the 99th edition of the weekly roundup which debuted at the beginning of 2023.
I also started the week with 20,955 comments made. Ended the week with 21024 which means I made 69 comments last week.
LEO Staked - Completed
Goal of 25000 staked LEO achieved in week 42 (started from the beginning of the year).
Here's the final situation (not updated with new power ups until the year end):
I will participate in the last LPUD of the year with 150 LEOs, even though my goal for 2024 has been achieved.
Splinterlands: 200k Staked SPS
Goal started in week 39 with roughly 180k SPS (before staking liquid SPS).
I started last week with 193,339 SPSP and finished it with 194,678 SPSP, which means I added 1,339 SPSP last week and today.
I need an average of roughly 1,331 SPS weekly to complete this goal in 2024, which means this week was average.
Here's the situation so far:
Splinterlands: Increase Grain PP to 400,000 - Completed
Goal started in week 19 and competed in week 39.
Which is the final status for this target?
Final grain production was 411,721 PP.
The major bottleneck for me here is and has always been for land staked DEC.
Note that I am now in the Top 50 holders of grain in my region after I started with almost zero from something like Top 500. I kept the grain since only a small portion of my land will be able to produce it from Land 1.75, and none of my grain plots will be of high rarity.
Land Plots Unlocked - Completed
Goal completed in Week 18, with the following situation at the time:
73 plots were productive and 27 were still under construction.
All plots are productive as of week 35. Now I need way more DEC to stake better PP cards on my lower-end land plots.
ZING Multiplier - Completed
Goal completed in week 10 with 25,203 ZING.
Since then, I slowly grew my stash from staking and collection rewards (achievements) only.
We have a new Advent Calendar challenge. This time, we receive the soul-bound resource called holo dust, every day we claim rewards. At the end of the challenge we'll receive an achievement too.
My ZING holdings are now at 54,345.
