Buenos dias a todos, bueno para variasr un poco por ser domingo, que mejor un poco de carne magra a la parrilla, la misma se trata de costilla de cerdo, como veran la misma posee lo minimo en grasa, es uno de los asado que mas nos agrada a todos en la familia, por eso como los domingo nos enontramos la mayoria, es ahi cuando aprovecho para cocinar el mismo, como es de costumbre cocinar algo a la parrilla, lo hago con poca brasa, a fuego lento. asi sale mucho mas rico.
Para acompañar dicha carne, que mejor con una ensalada, la cual contiene aguacate, repollo, cebolla, tomate un poco de zanahoria rallada, condimentada con bastante limon natural y sal a gusto, lo mesclamos lentamente para uego cuando esta la carne, comezamos a degustar todo.
Entonces estando preparado, faltando solamente unos minutos mas la carne y de esa manera comensaremos a degustar todo esto que la verdad salio muy rico.
