Music is everything to someone like me, I can't do a day without listening to music. And I'm glad we have different genres of music that suit every mood that one may find him or herself in.

Some music serves as an inspiration to listeners and this is the beauty of music. Listening to songs that impact one life positively helps pave the way for individuals on the journey of life. Even though some people consider music as noise, I can say they thought so because they hadn't had the experience with the healing power of music.
The determining factor of good music is the lyrics, the ability of the music to pass a quality message across to the listeners is what says whether a song is good or bad for the listeners. I do take my time to choose the songs I listen to that's why I don't discriminate on the genre of music people listen to.
We all have our choices, what seems bad to you might be good and well-accepted by the other person. I listen to virtually all genres of music and I choose the songs I want, those that minister to me.
I changed my phone recently and I was looking for a song I could use as my ringing tone. I searched online for songs by my favorite singers and I came across a song by Phil Collins titled "Son of Man". I got to know about Phil Collins when I watched the movie Tarzan some years ago and since then I've loved his songs.
The lyrics of the song make lots of sense and I enjoyed listening to it. The beat and rhythm are pleasant to the ears and I would love you all to listen to it. Here are the lyrics to the song.
