Hi guys,
So we are still on the Genesis league play2earn game on hive. Yesterday I made a post about the rewards on genesis league. I made a post about how one can maximise their efforts in the game and also earn rewards. I spoke about how you can earn good with good gaming strategies.
Today I’ll be talking about most of the terminology that you’ll come across in the game. Just like most games some of the terms are unique to that particular game and at times what you think might be the meaning of a term in a game might be the complete opposite in the particular game.
So lets us a take a look now.
Club; a club is a group of decks which is owned by an account on genesis league. This refers to a single account.
Coach; we have spoken about what the coach cards can do and not do. In real football we have a coach so in this case too we have a coach. This coach is also a card called the coach card which offers buffs in the game.
Combining; this is a where a player can combine cards to create a newer version of that particular card. Combining generally makes your card better and has higher value than the two or more cards you combined.
Competition; Just referred to as matches.
Cosmetics; this are NFTs which have visual graphics. They only affect vanity side of the card.
Equipment; this can also be referred to as gear. This is also an NFT which is a passive skill type in a piece of equipment.
Goalkeeper; this is a card as well. As a goal keeper you can only be placed in the goal post.
Guild; this refers to as a group of players that play together against other guilds like in spl.
Slots; and hue are component locations on player cards that can accept new skill.
Turn; this is a single hand dealt during a match where a player selects an action. This can affect how the match turns out.
