Half of that time in living at nearly waking distance and I haven't been in this wonderful place. Today am Aquathlon exhibition which we've competed in brought a change...
First we did our individual races and after that we got the possibility to do a relay the the of us: 1500m running for me, 300m swim for my daughter Claudia and 750m run for my son Mathias. Afterwards more fun for them with canoes and paddle surf :-)
And a terrific weather!
