Feliz y bendecido día mis queridos mamis, papis, tíos y abuelos, que hacen vida en esta gran casa maternal @motherhood cuan grato es poder compartir con ustedes lo feliz que nos hace poder hacer realidad los sueños de nuestros pequeños.
Recientemente una mis sobrinas estuvo de cumpleaños y me pidió un regalo nada usual, no quería que le comprara algo especial sino que le confeccionara su outfit para su día especial.
Por supuesto le dije que si, más no sabia el lio en el que me estaba metiendo, pues la temática su fiesta de cumpleaños era nada mas y nada menos que de Harry Potter, por lo que ella quería vestirse como una digna estudiante de magia.
Ahí fue cuando me dije - pregunta antes de comprometerte jeje, pero ni modo ya me había embarcado en este sueño y solo me quedaba navegar en el, tenia solo dos semanas justas para hacer ese sueño realidad, así que entre mis labores cotidianas me tocó ajustar mi tiempo y poder realizar cada una de las prendas de dicho outfit.
Hubo un momento en que creía que no lo lograría, pues en medio del corto tiempo para diseñar, me vi enferma por casi una semana y casi no podía permanecer sentada por mas de 20 minutos, así que de a ratos fue haciendo fuerzas para poder culminar la realización de ese sueño tan especial.
Así que entre subidas y bajadas logré terminar justo a tiempo cada una de las prendas que mi sobrina me había pedido, y luego al verla en su fiesta disfrutar con su amigos fue realmente gratificante, ver que cada sacrificio valió bien la pena, pues esa sonrisa en ella me llenaba mi alma.
Hay un dicho que me ha gustado mucho, el cual dice así: "a quien Dios no le da hijas, le da sobrinas" y realmente es así mis sobrinas son las hermosas flores de mi jardín, poder hacer realidad cada una de sus ocurrencias me llena de amor, paciencia y felicidad.

Recently, one of my nieces had her birthday, and she asked for a pretty unusual gift. She didn't want me to buy her something special; instead, she wanted me to make her outfit for her special day.
Of course, I said yes, but little did I know the trouble I was getting myself into! You see, the theme for her birthday party was none other than Harry Potter, so she wanted to dress up like a proper student of magic.
That's when I thought to myself – ask before you commit! Haha, but oh well, I was already on board with this dream, and all that was left was to go with it. I only had exactly two weeks to make that dream a reality, so in between my daily tasks, I had to juggle my time to make each piece of that outfit.
There was a moment when I honestly thought I wouldn't make it. In the midst of the short time to design everything, I got sick for almost a week and could barely sit for more than 20 minutes. So, little by little, I pushed myself to finish making that very special dream come true.
So, with its ups and downs, I managed to finish every single piece that my niece had asked for, just in time. And then, seeing her at her party, having fun with her friends, was truly rewarding. Seeing that every sacrifice was so worth it because that smile on her face filled my soul.
There's a saying I've always loved, which goes: 'To whom God doesn't give daughters, He gives nieces.' And it's so true! My nieces are the beautiful flowers in my garden, and being able to make each of their whims a reality fills me with love, patience, and happiness.
