I was a kind of active yesterday.
Reached over 12K steps and did planks, push ups and abdomen exercise.
I think I am getting back to normal. But fell like not going to get better than this.
It all startes with stomach upset after eating some spicy seafood. I was almost died of it after so much dehydrated. My body changed to another mode.
I managed to prepare and take electrolyte and rehydrated.. Otherwise..
