At an open basketball court today I worked out intensely with a few energetic elderly people and a coach guiding us.
Seeing that swing, I should place that as my next agenda going there.
Whilst they rested for a few minutes I took this picture.
It's a beautiful and serene environment to work out and play too. I tried the pull up challenge and did 20💪🏽.
Hopefully I won't be as tired and drained as I was last week.
I am alive and grateful. Hope you are too.
