Como les conté en unos post anteriores hace unos días pesqué un virus que ronda la comunidad, el cual te hace sentir: fatiga, dolor muscular, dolor de cabeza, nauseas, diarrea y vómito.
Mis síntomas comenzaron el miércoles en la clase de Inglés, comencé a sentir mucho ardor estomacal e indigestión. Pensé que el almuerzo me había caído pesado pero no fue así.
Con dificultad, logré dar mi clase la cual inicio con las exposiciones de Glaismar y Enrique, quienes no presentaron el lunes y les di oportunidad para este día. Ambos lo hicieron muy bien.

As I told you in a previous post a few days ago I caught a virus that haunts the community, which makes you feel: fatigue, muscle pain, headache, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
My symptoms started on Wednesday in English class, I started to feel a lot of heartburn and indigestion. I thought I had a heavy lunch, but I didn't. With difficulty, I managed to teach my class.
With difficulty, I managed to give my class which started with the presentations of Glaismar and Enrique, who did not present on Monday and I gave them a chance for this day. They both did very well.
La exposición trataba de describir personas, tanto su apariencia física como su ropa.
Ambos dominaron muy bien el tema, aunque su nota no fue perfecta porque no entregaron la actividad en el tiempo requerido.
Luego de que expusieran, comencé a dictar el contenido que tocaba para ese día.
Jesus y Enrique trabajaban sus guías mientras que las niñas copiaban contenido de la pizarra. Este día las niñas aprendieron sobre los países y nacionalidades.
Me sentía tan mal para este punto que nisiquiera pude tomar evidencias de lo que hacían. Mi cara después de este momento era la misma o hasta peor.

I felt so bad at this point that I couldn't even take evidence of what they were doing. My face after this moment was the same or even worse.
Este día tocaba la clase de ballet para las más pequeñas y tuve que pedir ayuda a Nathalia para poder darla, sabía que mi cuerpo no iba a soportar los estiramientos y calentamientos que se dan previos a los ejercicios.
Nathalia encantada de dar su primera clase, accedió. Llegó super puntual a las 4:00p.m.
Yo solo supervisaba y le indicaba a Nathalia lo que debía hacer después de cada paso. Era su primera clase así que estaba bastante nerviosa.
Por otro lado yo no veía el momento de cerrar y partir a casa, incluso tuve que llamar a mi novio para que me recogiera porque no sentía que podía caminar hasta la salida y tomar un carrito.
This day was the ballet class for the little ones and I had to ask Nathalia for help to be able to give it, I knew that my body would not support the stretching and warm-ups that are given before the exercises.
Nathalia was delighted to give her first class, she agreed. She arrived super punctual at 4:00 pm.
I just supervised and told Nathalia what to do after each step. It was her first class so she was quite nervous.
On the other hand I couldn't wait to close and go home, I even had to call my boyfriend to pick me up because I didn't feel like I could walk to the exit and take a cart.
Cada vez lucía peor, me veía pálida, super demacrada. Terminamos la clase, las niñas se fueron yo e subí al vehículo y volvimos a casa. Cuando llegué lo único que pude hacer fue acostarme en mi casa y dormir.
En la madrugada tuve muchos malestares y hasta fiebre.
Así que les recomiendo resguardase lo más posible y evitar contagiarse de este virus tan horrible.

I looked worse and worse, I looked pale, super haggard. We finished the class, the girls left, I got in the car and we went home. When I got home all I could do was lie down in my house and sleep.
In the early morning I had a lot of sickness and even a fever.
So I recommend you to be as safe as possible and avoid catching this horrible virus.
