These days I am having fun working with such amazing veggies.
Despite having a shortage of vegetables on the market, I was looking out for alternatives and got broccolis, pumpkin flowers and edamame to use in my kitchen.
I created quite some new dishes out of these products...
But my favorite dish is the easy tempura that I make with freshly picked pumpkin flowers. Easy, yummy and quick to make!
