Somos amantes de la cocina y de porsupuesto probar ricos platillos, sobretodo la emoción que viene cuando comemos nuestros platos tradicionales, en este caso disfrutar del sabor de nuestro pescado venezolano🇻🇪.
Nos acercamos a la semana santa✝️ y en nuestro país existe un plato de tradición llamado cuajado o pastel de pescado, pero a la vez son días para comer ricos pescados de la zona.

We are lovers of cooking and of course trying delicious dishes, especially the excitement that comes when we eat our traditional dishes, in this case enjoying the flavor of our Venezuelan fish🇻🇪.
We are approaching Holy Week✝️ and in our country there is a traditional dish called curd or fish cake, but at the same time they are days to eat delicious local fish.
Soy de Barcelona estado Anzoátegui, y en específico el pescado del pueblito Hatillo un poco más de puerto Píritu y Clarines tiene un sabor inigualable.
En este caso hicimos en casita lisa frita proveniente del Hatillo, aunque exista personas que no les gusta porque son pequeñas y con espinas, la verdad es que tienen un sabor sensacional. A mí y mi familia nos encanta 🎣 nos comimos unas cuantas, yo unas 4-5 lisas bien acompañadas con su ensalada de lechuga, tomate cebolla, plátano frito y unas arepas asadas. ¿ A quién no le gusta esta combinación con el pescado ?

I am from Barcelona, Anzoátegui state, and specifically the fish from the little town of Hatillo, a little further from Puerto Píritu and Clarines, has an unmatched flavor.
In this case we made fried plain casita from Hatillo, although there are people who don't like it because they are small and have thorns, the truth is that they have a sensational flavor. Me and my family love it 🎣 we ate a few, I had about 4-5 plain ones, well accompanied with their lettuce salad, tomato, onion, fried plantain and some roasted arepas. Who doesn't like this combination with fish?

Están rico comer pescado frito 😋 está bendición que nos da el mar es maravillosa, realmente digno de degustar, y ni hablemos si es justo frente en la playa. Pero el solo hecho de saber que comerás en familia en tu casa este exquisito plato lo hace otro nivel.
Espero les haya gustado y probablemente a muchos les trajo recuerdos y se les hizo agua la boca.

Nota: olvide tomar fotos a las arepas y tajadas, mi mamá no quiso salir en la foto. Una confesión amo comer pescado frito pero me da miedo freírlo. Aunque lo hecho obviamente, casi siempre lo hace mi mamá.
It's delicious to eat fried fish 😋 this blessing that the sea gives us is wonderful, really worth tasting, and let's not even talk about it being right in front of the beach. But just knowing that you will eat this exquisite dish as a family at home takes it to another level.
